When I ordered online from Australia, I had no idea my parcel was coming from Gateshead Tyne & Wear!! Super quick and being English, I was happy my money was being spent in the UK. Had I have known though, I would have used my English credit card to pay the bill!! I have had very good experiences with this company. I bought a new foot pedal to replace a burnt out one on an ancient Singer machine and new feet and bobbins for an old Frister and Rossman. They replied to an email enquiry quickly. I think the prices are fair and the goods came within days of being ordered. I would use them again and am happy to recommend them.

Do not buy from this company - i bought a Jaguar overlooker Each time the machine was used (3 times) something broke, the last thing to break was the cutting blade. I tried to ring the company to arrange a free return and couldn't get through, the Post Office quoted 30 to return it.. However the company did respond to an email stating they would send someone to show me how to thread it, no use Jerry Fried & Company when the machine is broke!!! If I could give this company a 0 i would. Avoid this company at all costs!!!
