So happy with the service provided by ServiceMaster. The technician was so polite and fully complied with current Covid restrictions. We had our living room carpet cleaned and the finished result was absolutely great.... Like having a new carpet! And the drying time was so quick. I cannot rate them highly enough and am happy to recommend them. If you want a professional service, then these are the guys to call. Will be definitely using you in the future!

My sister had her carpets cleaned by Servicemaster and recommended them to me. We have three dogs and our living room carpet was in need of a clean and freshen up. It's a wool carpet, so I was a bit wary about getting it cleaned. I'm so glad I did - what an amazing difference. Thanks so much!

Very Disappointed

Very disappointed with a carpet we had cleaned in our new house. This was a new carpet that the previous owners had only recently had fitted but we wanted to make sure it was professionally cleaned before moving in. After being cleaned we left to dry for two days but it had an extremely unpleasant aroma which would not go. The texture of the carpet had also changed from being very soft to very hard and scratchy. I did call the company to tell them what had happened that this cleaning had all been timed/calculated to fit in with other work we were having done in the house (albeit covid restricted). No refund offered and instead of costing 87 we ended up having to spend another 500 in order to replace the carpet as we could not live in the living room with such an awful smell and texture. So what should have been 87 ended up being 587!

We were very pleased with the work carried out: upholstery cleaned and scotch guarded, all carpets plus several oriental rugs cleaned. The work took the best part of two days. Renwick was very professional and explained the cleaning process and the job he did was thorough. We are happy to recommend.
