I have used this branch a number of times. Always got good customer service. On previous occasion the staff member Jamie and Lyndsey went to the extra step and provided the car that I needed. Very highly recommended this branch at Gateshead and good polite staff.
Decent price all good luton rental Van's. Nice staff. I recomend you use 2nd gear not first as you get nowhere. It's like my primera use second. 1st gear is only if you have a full load and a steep bank!

Avoid this \company\ unless you want trouble for . I rented large estate such as \Skoda Superb or similar\ but upon collection my car was some stupid Peugeot crossover (2 classes down from what I paid for!). I should have turned away from this moment on..... I upgraded to BMW as it was the only bigger car available as I needed large vehicle. Got the keys and was welcomed to drive away... Weird there was no inspection of the car. I thought it's unprofessional. Returned the car 4 days later and the same Sixt employee jumped out of office to check vehicle condition! Interesting. Unfortunately someone has scratched the bumper and I haven't seen it before returning this vehicle. Damage according to Sixt? 850!! Lloyds BMW of Newcastle quoted 200 vat for fix the same damage! On side note, the Sixt Customer Services are none existing. No replies to emails and very rude on phone lines. Also, the invoice I received was in German. Lol This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
