Asked Gatley Signs to quote for covering our counters in vinyl and asked them to pencil us in for scheduled work subject to acceptable quote whici intimated would be accepted after a ball park figure was supplied. Was told the quote would be with me in 24 hrs. 3 days later I chased up quote - promised within 48 hrs this time. Waited almost a week and still no action - so I rang again and asked if there was a problem and did they not want to provide a service to which Andy said that he was far too busy to want to do the work for us and that was that!!!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE - would have put 0 star if option available and to put context into this I come from a service business and would never treat my customers this way
