Great shop with very helpful staff. I tried on loads of dresses and each time I said I like something or didn't the assistant found more dresses that fitted my brief. Couldn't ask for a more helpful shop!

I am sorry to say that I would not recommend this shop, my friend and I were made to feel un welcome, OK we hadn't made an appointment but we were not even given the chance to just look at some dresses, instead we were told it was one of their busiest times and we needed an appointment. .it was a week day and there was no one else in the shop! I did not feel welcome at all so I would definitely not recommended this shop. Luckily there is a much friendlier shop just down the road!! Which I would recommend!
A massive thank you to everyone here. When I first went back in April to try on dresses they were extremely helpful and I ended up finding 'the one' in just 3 dresses. However, given what's happened with Alfred Angelo, they have really come through and done everything possible to put mind my at ease and ensure that I still get my dream dress. Could not be any more happy or recommend Georgian House Bridal enough. Thank you again, you really have been brilliant through all this xxx
I went in to have a look a some sale dresses that I could buy straight away, as I knew I would not have enough time before September to buy a full price dress and have it ready in time. I did tell the lady I had put a deposit down on another dress else where but wasn't 100% sure and wanted to try on other dresses to be 100% sure that I was making the right decision. The lady was more interested in that I tell the other salon that I had changed my mind and would still have to pay for the other dress (which was my business if I had to do so no one elses) which I hadn't changed my mind fully I just wanted to explore my options, she was very rude about it and I left within 10 minutes not having tried on one dress and still with the 1000 sat in my bank. If she had not been as rude and forthcoming about me already putting the deposit down I might have purchased one from them selves..... so another salon now has my custom and money.
