Very dubious company. They work in conjunction with a supposed loan company. I got a call from a loan company, with two different numbers, after i had tried applying for a loan online. The guy on the phone said i was eligible for a loan, but they needed to prove that i could afford the loan. So, he sent me a link to scoresmatter. I registered on the site, and i saw a fee that i had to pay. Not trusting the website and loan promise, i input a card details that had zero balance. I went ahead to use the affordability tool. I waited few days to get a response from the loan company, but none was forthcoming. So, i decided to call the two numbers that called me previously. I reached their voicemail everytime i tried. The recorded voice says they are not a broker or lending company, that i should send an email. This confirmed my suspicions. So, i went back to scoresmatter, and cancelled my account. Do not fall for these. They have a well thought out plan, to lure you into paying for a subscription you don't want.

I would not trust this company as far as I could throw them. They signed me up to a membership at the end of a credit application I didn’t know I was signing up to them they charge me 19.95 even though I never activated the service or membership. They will not give me my money back. This company is a scam be aware that they put the membership at the end of a credit application and sign you up without you knowing and will not give you your money back.

This company will abuse your card details and sign you up to a membership of 14 per month. Take it to the bank or report them for crime activity.

Never ever trust this company they been taking money from my acount for months and i cant stop them impossible to get through to them their phone number charges and they never pick up and u will still get charged even when they dont answer and my bank isnt able to stop them either . So its so mich much unnecessary hassle that no body needs . I just been on the phone to my bank for third time to get this sorted .. just thought i share this it mite help some of whom about to become new victims.

Have been trying all morning to get through and they keep cutting me of before talking to me, there taken money out of my account which I have not given them permission and don’t know who that are and have never been in contact with them
