A utility company that has been overcharging me and when I provided evidence as to why my bills have been inflated they fail to respond. It has been a month and they do not respond whatsoever. Really need to up their customer services as they simply do not care when it will result in them losing money for their own incompetence. A company that has a customer charter but consistently misses their own SLAs and makes doing anything excessively long winded and difficult. Customer service staff need to be reminded of what they need to provide you as most are clueless

My last bill came as 68.11 when I had always got charged 32. I found it very unfair and sketchy. I have spoken to Kira from customer service via Facebook on Friday. She told me that my bill was actually 36.11, but that I have a credit of 32 in my account. I do not understand why you would even charge me extra, knowing it was not the correct amount. She told me she was going to process a refund, but later the billing team closed for the weekend so she told me to contact her again Monday. Ridiculous knowing how hard it is to get ahold of you. I have been trying to call today, I have been on the phone for 25 minutes with no answer. Sent multiple facebook messages, no answer.
