Mark from GGM did an absolutely cracking job on our bathroom. We had a tired old 1980s’ suite, crumbling shower walls, artex ceiling, and a leaking, distorted floor. I was at home during the three weeks of gutting my bathroom; taking the walls and ceiling down to the boards, replastering, taking up an old floor (down to the floorboards) and laying a new one, fitting the bathroom. I was never uncomfortable around Mark it any of his team, and neither were my teenage girls, which counts for a lot after some bad experiences. Minimal mess, his team all cleaned up after themselves every evening and treated my home with respect. Punctual, professional, polite, perfectionists. Mark’s tiling is second to none. Absolutely amazingly perfect. When they had finished, I thanked Mark and said he’d transformed the bathroom. He said “you said you wanted a bathroom like a hotel bathroom, that’s what I’ve tried to give you.” Mark also advises on some other work we were getting done. We plan on getting him back to refit our kitchen in the next few months. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend GGM.
