Come here every year for our fireworks!! The staff are so friendly and helpful, and have done a brilliant job this year with click and collect, still such a positive happy shop even in these difficult times. Thanks Zoe

Fabulous shop. Great experience. Ordered online as stipulated at the moment, all the fireworks I wanted were in stock, no queue when I arrived, all staff using PPE, quick service, and when other customers arrived they socially distanced.
Absolutely shocking!! If you pre order something surely it should be held for a minimum time to give people time to collect. I am shielding with my immune compromised son whose 1st new year home in years and wanted some fireworks to let off for new year so someone went to collect my pre-order for me and they didn’t have them because they don’t take ‘ our money’ or a deposit they think it’s acceptable not to keep the pre order at least until closing time or a time Frame. Maybe offer the choice on your website to pay a deposit or pay for the order ready for people to collect! I now know never to use this place again as I have two very disappointed children at new year. Thank you so much for your shocking customer service.

Reserved some fireworks online for collection at gillingham shop, on arrival no one could find the reservation , even after presenting them with the email from discount fireworks with the reservation acknowledgment. All this to find out that what I have ordered was out of stock, how can the website accept the reservation to a specific location and doesn’t have access to the stock check. Suspicious whispering between shop staff regarding the orders being prepared to other customers. Offered some ridiculous replacement items , loads of pressure to accept not giving time to decide ,just didn’t refuse because my wife asked me to accept it . Very disappointed (especially the kids). Will not use again. Ps. Stay away unless you know the staff, maybe like that you stand a chance to have what you want.
