We called a few garages as my dad needs to change his mobility car, the difference in service levels is quite stark, we hadn’t considered Renault before but we were certainly impressed with the attention, understanding and courtesy offered to us by this place, albeit only over the phone, really really friendly and offered impartial advice which we really appreciated. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. We look forward to visiting them soon.

I called in reference to a referral but I have experienced JCB before, the sales person I spoke to was excellent, he offered advice and promised to call me straight back with answers to questions he couldn’t immediately answer, which he did ! Whilst my current situation dictates keeping my current car for a little longer I will not hesitate in returning to this company for my next vehicle thank you once again.

booked my car to be CHECKED because of the hazard light not working(my car is still under warranty) the day of the pick up: firstly, I was shocked to be told need to pay , said because of the SERVICE they made????i booked it for the hazard light that is not working not do a service which has been done for the car few months ago that they should have seen if they check the history of the car on their system as they required for the car to be serviced once a year! you need a proper customer service to confirm properly what needs to done in the car! secondly: great! we paid a 125 ,(for a service I did not asked for!) but also paid for nothing?? the report says all lights working! and when i go to check, the car's hazard light is not even working! and not reported in the service report??? what did you check on the car then? there are only 2-3 switches in that electric car and not even checked if the hazard light is working??? today! 3weeks has passed! and the car still seating there! what have you been doing to fix this problem?no any update unless we call you?? what kind of service is this renault??
