Took my 3yo twins for parent and toddler session. They really enjoyed it and an instructor was there to teach them how to jump etc properly so a good way to introduce little ones to trampolining.

Really good facilities the high ceilings are really good for trampoline but there is no where to get food or fill up water which is usually needed when doing sport

Awful. Took my son to the park for a treat and he was told I was not aloud to even walk him down to the trampoline even though he is very anxious and nervous of going alone. He has a small string bracket that is tight and is no harm to be caught on anything it is something that makes him feel comfortable so when the rude nasty lady at the reception told him to take it off and he said he couldn't as its been on for a long while her reply was well I have sisous cut it off making him very upset and not even wanting to go on the trampoline with a stranger who was called to take him on there. My 6 year old son was left feeling very sad. Would not recommend before getting more caring and more approachable staff to be the face of the centre!!! S**T.

Worst customer service. Today i went to visit as my 8 year old is intrested in maybe joining. Nobody was inside the facilities. Lady in reception was dealing with a customer. I waited 10 mins. I asked if we could be shown around. Was told no you can look through the window. I said how can my son see. I had to pick him up. But you cant see the trampolines as they are coverrd up. I asked about a viewing area. But was told previously people have overviewd so cannot be aloud up there. This lady i think is very bone idle or lazy to walk us upstairs. She did open the door with the window. But then said we cant go in. Again a child cannot see nothing. Sort your staff out. No wonder why your classes are not fully booked or the place has nobody inside. Oh train your staff or get new ones. This lady was terrible and you know who you are
