Party host was non existent. Prob be better just doing it yourself and get pizza in the cafe. Far too crowded. Not ideal but my daughter enjoyed it so that's the main thing.
Some great staff and good deals. Hire skates where poor and needs a deep clean and smarten up.
Ice rink is great If you bring your own skates. Theirs Helpers in yellow bibs who are volunteers they are great. Great for kids plenty of aids for standing and sitting on Ice available. Best to Park on road not car park (which isn't part of ice rink it privately owned) Car park only gives you 3hours if you go over you get an automatic fine. Skate time and getting hot food will easily take you over. Food is great! Also a bar
Outrageous that there are no lights on any of the parking signs so I didn't know that the car park was pay and display (this wasn't the case when I used to go several years ago). Got hit with a 60 PCN for something that I would have quite happily paid the 1 parking.

Great place for the family. Our youngest loved it. Now the proud owners of 5 pairs of ice hockey skates lol
Decent ice rink with nice atmosphere. Avoid going on Friday night. There is supposed to be a session after the juniors session but they just stay on the rink and the parents are obviously fine with them spending extra time there. Lots of kids just messing around. Not very pleasant when you just want to have some decent rink time improving by yourself. BE AWARE of the parking fines. Trip adviser has a lot of cases. Always pay the fee for parking (silly, because there is no way to get there without a car?), they have cameras which get you as soon as you enter and leave. Cost for 1 ticket is 60. Obviously employed under contract by the greedy owners. Not nice when you pick up your kids/friends from skating, to then find you got a fine for not even using the rink. Was one of my favourite places, but that's done it for me.
