Brilliant service from David McGowan at Arnold Clark Kia, Springburn Road, Glasgow. Friendly, helpful and professional. Nothing was a bother, and David even called to make sure everything was going well with the car. I will definitely be back when I am due to change my car!
Took our car in for a service, and there was an issue with the work that should have been carried out. Long story short Mark (Service Manager) called and sorted out issue professionally without hassle. I always think how a company deals with a complaint/issue is a sign of their customer service. Certainly better than the so called prestige dealership/brand who showed zero customer service recently. We would use again
