Tried there best, unfortunately the after market tracker that was fitted , was an issue, as the mounting was not able to be fixed. The staff were very accommodating.
Pleasent staff, good Corona Virus measures and Michael was very helpful.
UPDATED REVIEW. I completely take back this review. After 5 weeks the alternator went on the car, then once collecting the "repaired" car from Arnold clark service centre close to me the injectors went on the way home and they also found an oil leak on the cam shaft that has been there since purchase. I will be rejecting this car and sending it back to Arnold clark. They also promised me a spare key would be ordered two weeks are purchasing the car and it is now two months later without a sign of a key being ordered. Shocking. They ignore your calls and don't make any effort to call you back no matter how many times you leave them a message. I'll be going through the appropriate legal services to make sure i receive compensation for my time that i have spent hiring courtesy cars and for the whole month that my car has been in the service centre without the issues being resolved. If i could give them a 0 star then I would.

Recently bought a car from here - the salesman I dealt with were helpful and the staff that I had contact with all seemed nice enough. Whole process took 3-4 weeks as I had bought the car and was then told it needed to be repaired which took a further 2 weeks. Two days after taking my car home, in the better weather I noticed that the valeting team/garage had touched up a large number of stone chips on my cars paintwork with a Sharpie permanent marker. Ludicrous thing to do on a 27,000 car. Also noticed a few days later that the car is missing options it was stated to come with both on the car itself and on the online ad. Updated Review: Sales manager contacted me to offer a full respray of the affected areas and also offered to install missing options. Issues in the first instance however the garage has rectified these.
