Absolute scammers. Trying to say this Haldex Pump on the left was replaced new in February. It failed to work again in August but the garage said there was nothing wrong with it and no faults showing when I showed them a video of my car clearly on running on front wheel drive. Does it look 6 months old....not a chance, on the right is an actual new one I've just had fitted. Avoid this place, they do not care.

The service department staff went the extra mile. I took my car in (I wasn't booked in) on the off chance they might be able to help after my engine management light came on during a drive to Glasgow. They gave me a courtesy car to keep me mobile, diagnosed the fault, ordered the required part and I was able to collect my car and drop off the courtesy car the following day. Minimum hassle for me and i was kept informed at every stage of the process by text. Top class customer service and kudos to all who helped me.

The service centre is awful only good thing about is the receptionist she is very kind the other staff look down on you as if your beneath them and the level of service is dreadful its because of the service centre that I would never consider buying a vw again avoid avoid avoid i will be letting motability know just how bad their are when i hand car back
I have owned VW cars for 5 years and I have brought it to this branch for the car service. My car has always been looked after by staff and car was given a complementary wash and hoover.
