After the redesign it's a nightmare to shop in this store. I don't mind self scan, but the choice to reduce checkouts with staff working them seems foolish. This reduces options for the elderly and has presumably taken away more jobs while they bring in new vendors to take up unnecessary space. The self scan checkouts are usually manned by individuals too busy gossiping to notice a customer needs help anyway. I consider myself lucky that Tesco is nearby.

My only gripe with this store is that I can get a 12 pack of 500ml cherry cola bottles one week then can’t get them again for couple months. Would like them to always be available

Is not the fault only of peoples, is more the fault of the supermarkets for the created situation. When the peoples in charge of the supply chain see what is going on, they was supposed to react and bring more products. The things with missing products start 3 weeks ago with toilet rolls and is getting worse every day which is passing! I was speaking with a friend which is working on a big factory which is making meat products on Leicester and they do not have any orders from supermarkets, why? They open a van outside of the fence and are selling the products there !!! I will say not to blame the peoples only because of nature of been human but whom is in charge and bring the peoples to this situation I will say intentional !!
