Brendan is an excellent trainer, he is very knowledgeable and always has time for his clients. I have never been into fitness, but Brendan makes every session fun and enjoyable. He is very easy going and approachable, and welcomes any questions I have. Brendan pushes you out of your comfort zone and gradually increases intensity. I can see myself getting fitter and stronger, and can’t thank Brendan enough for his help. Thank you ️

Great trainer listen to your needs and what areas ect you want to work.. He’s a great listener and always got time for clients and there needs.. also got no bad sense humour so classes are always hard work but fun
I have been training with Brendan for around 8 months now and I honestly couldn't recommend him highly enough. From being completely out of my comfort zone to doing things I never thought I would have done, it has made such a difference to myself, physically and mentally. Brendan is always full of advice, and couldnt be more helpful. His sessions are fun, but tough, and he pushes you right out of your comfort zone especially when you want to give up! Great PT

When I started training with Bfit training, I was a size 16 I done very little exercise and was totally out of my comfort zone, going to the gym! Brendan made me feel really comfortable and made me feel really at ease, within a gym environment! I trained with Brendan for 10weeks personal, my fitness level have improved! I felt my clothes were looser and in my own body I started to enjoy and feel comfortable!! Now after 4months, I'm a size 14 going to the gym regularly and still doing Brendan's semi private classes and I can actually lift weights, more importantly I dont feel nervous or embarrassed in a gym!
Brendan is a fab PT and has become a friend as well as PT. He’s very good at encouraging people and is always on hand for nutritional advice. It’s sometimes daunting going to a pt however he’s good at putting folk at ease
