I have used this vets a few times times and never had any issues. We unfortunately had rush my step daughters pet hamster to the vets ( she was an old lady ) . She sadly passed away while waiting to be seen. One of the vets took her from us, gave us a card with Honeys paw prints and also shavings of her fur. I don't know any other vet who would do this free of charge! All staff I communicated with seemed really helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend this vet practise. Thank you!

I have just read a bad review regarding Lynn the receptionist. I am shock and disgusted at the comments. Lynn has been at the surgery for years and has always went above and beyond for clients. She is always helpful and an overall nice person. People are being horrible and forget how comments affect people. Its bullying. I couldn't have had better experiences with Lynn and I want her to know that. I appreciate you and your hard work.
Lynn is a lovely person, absolutely no problem with anyone who works there, all my pets are registered there .
Very judgemental wish I was quicker on my feet and took my animal (quail) elsewhere to be put down. No need to make someone who has already came to the difficult choice of putting down a loved family pet feel worse than they already do..... Edited Roseanne in all honesty it's your staff I understand they choose to work with animals rather than people but they don't need to be looking down or judging people. Common decency sadly isn't a course you can send them on you are either born and raised with it or not at all. Your staff is going to cost you a loss in business. Stayed in Blantyre all my life and your practice is not mentioned in high regard in the wash house all I hope is my little sassy didn't suffer not that I got a chance to say goodbye lefted your establishment as if I was slapped across my face and I paid for the privilege.
WARNING! - DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!! - Exceedingly rude and aggressive receptionist there called Lynn. Our wee Beddie-Whippet took FCE - he had a bad accident in the park and had to be rushed to that vets' practice after calling them, and then advising us to bring our dog there. We arrived there, dog in very high level of pain, and before they even looked at the dog, we were told to take our dog to another branch, which was outrageous. We took the dog to the East Kilbride branch as advised, but when we got there, dog still very much in pain, we were told to take the Dog to the big Vets at Glasgow University. - The poor wee dog. - He couldn't walk, legs collapsed beneath him. - He was diagnosed as taking FCE here. We visited Blantyre Pets 'n' Vets the next day to set up an insurance claim for the dog. The very rude, arrogant and incompetent Lynn wanted the full amount of money off us 'hand over fist' and she was exceedingly aggressive about it. It's not as if we weren't already terribly upset. NEVER EVER register with this cheeky, rude and greedy lot. - You will be sorry if you do. Don't go there especially if you are a gay female couple, because we think this was her issue with us. - She treated us like scum. She didn't care one iota about our wee dog. RIP my precious, sweet, charming wee boy. You were loved intensely deeply, my sweet wee boy, and you will never ever be forgotten.
