2nd time visiting this shop but won't be back due to rude and obnoxious girl serving. Got a budgie out here a year ago and it was a great wee bird but unfortunately it has just died. So went in here with great expectations but after the customer service I left without one. Fortunately I got one out another pet shop with great customer service

Really nice shop, take good care of their animals. Wish they had a better source for their rats - but all other animals seem ethically bred.
Brilliant staff and they put up why my rascal husky.
Just got a dog and wanted a toy that she would actually play with but as I stood looking at the huge array of toys, I was clueless. I got great help and attention from a lovely member of staff. The toy and treat she suggested has gone down really well. One happy wee dog. Thank you x
Handy to have, expensive. Anything b&m or pound savers don't have I use it not overly helpful.
