Click and collect Covid19 arrangements were fine for on foot pick up. Don't waste time with the car pick up stuff as its a lot of extra work tapping into a mobile!

Went there to pick an online order i made earlier and there whole process was excellent. Very friendly helpful staff, excellent customer service experience. * Quick tip: you can find some really good deals on there website.

Lady who dealt with us on the shop floor was excellent, unfortunately I did not get her name. When we went to pay, the lady behind the till was dealing with a customer who was having issues with a purchase. A member of staff then went behind the counter put through a purchase for a customer directly from the shop floor. We still waited at the front of the queue while this member of staff went back on to the shop floor. I spoke to a member of staff after 10 minute wait to see if one of the half dozen or more staff wandering around could put through our purchase, was told he was unable to get someone on to the till. We still waited even as I wanted to leave but my partner really wanted the gifts. Then the original lady who dealt with us came behind counter put through purchase directly from shop floor and then was asked to deal with the queue that had now formed. In all we waited 20 minutes at the front of the queue waiting to complete our purchase. The lady who dealt with us deserves 5 stars but the management does not and would give no stars if I could as I would have left if it hadn't been for my partner wanting to make the purchases.

Excellent service. We'd our fridge freezer went kaput on us and had to buy a small freezer to save our frozen food.. very helpful staff.

A joke of a customer service, first im on the phone to the Know How team for over 1 hr and they could not help me, and they told me to phone Currys customer service. I called Currys and it took them until the 57th minute to answer the phone, (i took a photo at 54 mins). Only to be told it was nothing to do with them. So who is taking 4.50 insurance for my appliance from my bank every month for the last 5 years ?????????
