Went with them based on basis of the reviews here. I’m now starting to wonder if they were fake based on my experience. Needed someone to tile kitchen and tile a little fireplace feature and found this firm on Google. In the kitchen, they tiled over existing tiles after making an excuse about walls. Didn’t use spacers so the gaps are uneven. And the cuts around plugs and certain parts are too large or uneven. The plugs cant be screwed back in as they have tiled on existing tile so had to get someone else to try and fix this. The kitchen overall whilst not terrible, is definitely unprofessional and looks like a DIY job. Certainly not worth all the mess and hassle i went through. The living room is terrible. They didn’t properly sheet the fire place so its completely wonky and once tiled looks horrendous. It looks like its been done by a complete amateur. I have spent a lot of money to decorate the living room and this centre feature is bringing the whole thing down. After the job was done, i brought this to their attention. At first they were defence, then when i sent pictures, they agreed to correct some of the errors. But rather than turning up at the agreed time, they sent some angry and rude messages blaming me for their errors. I paid them half of the money which they kept and not returned on site. I have since had to try and find other tradesmen to fix the issues. I have been told they were shocked by the short cuts taken and this appears to be the work of someone who has no experience in this area. Asides to that, their communication was poor. Leaving and then returning at odd times, expecting me to come at short notice, asking me to buy materials without explaining property what is needed, making buying huge quantities when only small amount needed. I wish i had been more diligent in selecting the right tradesmen to work in my home. I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt responsible to inform others, so they don’t make the mistake i made.

Had a wee tiling and shower leaking issue. The quote was agreed and the repairs done within a matter of days. Fast and clear communication as well. I would definitely recommend this hardworking duo!
