Scam say and watched an auction that ended online 15th jan 21. The opening price was 44k mark the auction ended with auctioneer verifying highest bid ect.... Same building is now opening bid 59000.00 what is that all about. Avoid avoid
Enquired about viewing a flat they have advertised at auction this Friday - was told they are not doing viewings and I need to buy it without seeing inside it. All the other estate agents are still doing (socially distanced) viewings so why can't you? Joke of company! I wont be bidding now
How do they expect me to bid on a property when they don't even email me the home report. I gave up after contacting them three times. I feel for the sellers that are having to use them. *Update* The auction date came and went, no home report was emailed to me.
False advertising; The property in the foreground of their image was not the same property that was for sale. Luckily my lawyer noticed this before I made a purchase - Time Wasters and Tricksters!
