Shout out to Richard Piper and Brian O’Donnell who helped me order a Q7 in late October, and saw the vehicle through to delivery in the last couple of weeks. Very professional and made the process of ordering very easy. Pick up was also impressively easy considering the level of lockdown in Scotland. I feel the loss of order tracking on MyAudi meant a slightly higher level of communication over where the order was at wouldn’t have gone a miss, but considering all the restrictions to work around - it’s understandable. Will be visiting Glasgow Audi again.

Absolutely five star service from start to finish. Alan the salesman was top notch, friendly, dedicated and new the product he was selling. He moved heaven and earth to see that I had the car when I wanted it. Every member of staff in the garage itself was friendly and polite, from the sales manager to the blond haired cleaner (the one with the bun on her head) who didn't stop working the whole time we were there. would highly recommend Glasgow Audi, this is the second time I have travelled from South Wales up to this garage to buy a car and that speaks for itself, just under 500 miles each way for service with a smile. Thank you Alan and all at Glasgow Audi, undoubtedly I will see you soon.

Had 2 cars from Audi (A4, Q3). Bought and serviced. Find them professional. Purchased service plans at time of purchase. So, light to the pocket when service came up. Minor items to pay for. I would recommend them for peace of mind but not cheap like a side garage....
