We were indeed impressed with the installation, you made it all very stressless! We had a chance to use the Mt Louis a good few times now, we are really loving it, especially after full on days of labouring . We would like to thank Jon, Heather and Ellie at Heavenly Hot Tubs in Glasgow for their amazing customer service from start to finish. There was never a hard sell just full details and recommendations of the particular model of hot tub for our Airbnb. We have now had it for just over a month and we love it. We are about to launch our Airbnb finally Jon!! Jon and Heather spent the time unloading it, installing it and filling it up and going through everything with us. Absolutely fabulous service from beginning to end. A great surprise for my daughters 18th birthday. Our 3 daughters had a wonderful time and i couldnt believe how much they used it. They were in it at midnight some nights and 8am in the morning before attending online university. Well worth the money for a fabulous experience. Just what we needing to cheer us up during lockdown. Will certainly do this again soon. Thanks a million.
