Ihnen is a wonderful family business and theyhave always provided brilliant service on the many occasions we have used them throughout the years. In regards to the previous review, does this person seriously expect a full diagnostic report including a list of materials for 15 ? A highly skilled man's time is worth much more than that !

Took an old Technics hi fi amplifier here for repair. Amp was repaired and returned to me in good time and for a fair price, and the issue was explained alongside what was done to fix it.
I hoped to give negative 5 stars for the appaling service. Ihnen electronics charged inspection fee and declined to confirm the issue & quote in writing. Just rip off and misserable customer services. Don't get conned with cheap inspection fee!!!
Superb service and the place to go for repairs, no question. Quick turnaround time and full explanation, if needed, is available. Really nice people too.
May .I say what a personal service both Inem & Irene are ....bar far the most professional people I have had the pleasure to deal with. I have been everywhere..trying to sort my problem. May I say at this point..a 15 handling charge is absolutely nothing. These guys are nothing short of being 1 of the foremost people that I have ever dealt with professionally. It gives me great honour to say that I personally endorse both Inem & Irene as ppl and as professionals. What a pleasure x
