Staff not answering phones. Appreciate doors are locked due to covid and is no entry. However to not answer the phone when you can see staff walking around inside store.

Looking for artificial grass. Great selection and excellent prices. Grass is on par with other far more expensive suppliers and in some cases even better. Staff are helpful and efficient.
Unlike the other flooring stores along this road everyone in JEM was friendly and asked how we were getting on without being overbearing yet not totally ignoring us. I arranged a free measurement and everything was smooth with the purchase and laying of the floor. Great service.
They had 5 men working. I was in browsing looking for bedroom carpets and was completely ignored. I was in for 15 minutes and they never came near me once. Will be taking my business elsewhere for sure
Recently got a carpet for spare bedroom, its lovely quality only let down by poor fitting. Disappointed.
