I wanted to give this five star but the woman who served us today (23rd Dec)was so rude the rest of the staff were lovely and the place is usually excellent - also who doesn't love the doughnuts. The stone faced, apathetic, uninterested, ignorant, rude, and unengaged way we were treated by someone who clearly just wanted all the customers through as an impersonal production line was not a pleasant experience. I was left feeling like my custom was an annoyance to be suffered. Please and thank you weren't met with your welcome on numerous instances, indeed they weren't even acknowledged. I hope she was just having an off day- it can happen to anyone - but not impressed and let down a store of which I have a consistently high opinion.

Look good but quite tasteless. Not worth the prices. Still no idea why u need to buy 6 or 12 when i wanted 3 or 4
Good selection. Very interesting to see how the donuts are prepared. Good seating space and restroom.
Great to see where the magic happens. Coffee & doughnuts are spot on & they give a military discount so I guess they give a student/NHS discount as well. Just ask at the till. The donut theatre is a masterpiece
