Bought a used C class. Travelled from Aberdeen as my local MB dealer could not be bothered to facilitate a test drive. Lewis and Stevie the sales guys were knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. They were more than happy to let me test drive a couple of models. Answered my many questions and having searched the whole of the UK, they were very COMPETITIVE. A few hiccups with finance which were promptly resolved by Colin and Chris. A few scratches on the exterior and wheel of the new car which were fixed professionally, the new car is looking amazing and drives even better than I had anticipated. I would highly recommend the Giffnock brand to anyone who is thinking of getting a new or approved used Mercedes, Colin Chung is not only a great people’s person but also a gentleman.
