By far the most transparent estate agency in the area in my opinion... I had been on the market with another agent sadly no offers and when I noticed this new office I though I would approach them - from start to finish the owners talked me through the process and at no stage condemned the previous estate agent total professional- they explained that sometimes properties need another approach and gave me honest facts about things that required to be done to my home to achieve the price i required - they had no upfront fees and i can say that we sold my home at closing date yesterday and I achieved more than expected - Thank you a very happy customer. thanks so much

I have just let my home with this company and i am delighted with all the help and guidance Helen provided. From start to finish she updated me with aspects and viewers comments. I was lucky enough to have 3 tenants all wanting my property at that stage Helen invited me into the office for a coffee and to discuss all tenants. I was shocked that i had the final decision. Gosh Where do I start - Helen phoned me as i popped in to ask about their services a few days prior - as I was wanting to sell my home in Dennistoun - We arranged for there Managing partner to come out to my home - He was down to earth honest and clear in the approach any way he wanted to sell my home the fees were better than fantastic as they were new to the area they wanted our business - well 10 days later home SOLD well above my expectations and exactly what they said - I can't recommend them enough. Best of Luck but I don't think you will need it ......
