We received fabulous service from Billy and his colleagues from the minute we walked into the shop to enquire about a recliner chair for my housebound mother in law. Kept us updated throughout the whole process from placing the order to delivery. Ensured she was happy with the chair, made adjustments immediately to suit her individual needs. Mobility Scotland Kirkintilloch I have used on several occasions and each time I have been very impressed with the them. The staff at Kirkintilloch are all very helpful and knowledgable especially Billy. They are very friendly and make you feel welcome, special and important every time you visit them or phone them. They take the time to show you the equipment you need and explain what is best for your specific needs and requirement. When they deliver your equipment they take the time to make sure it is perfect for you. Their aftercare help and support is second to none and nothing is too much bother for them. They want the best for you. I would highly recommended Billy and his team at Mobility Scotland Kirkintilloch. I would also like to thank them for all their support and help over the years to myself and my mum and dad. They provide a first class service and equipment.
