I placed an order in the middle of lock down. It after a few weeks delay and like other reviews a few emails I am guessing because of Covid came. The quality is amazing we are very happy with the set and to be fair they were the only company after a long search that had anything decent in stock. I have read the reviews and yes they were poor on communications & delivery but in all honesty I do believe they are trying their best in these difficult times. I thought I would leave this review as I have a company and I know that some people only leave reviews when something goes wrong. My advise to this company is to contact all of your customers to get them to leave reviews when things go right which I am guessing is most of the time seeing you only have 7 reviews with 50% good meaning you have a low score. I did order from them again I would contact them 1st to confirm the delivery date before buying avoiding any upset. Would have given 4 stars as the delay was a little worrying however I think given everything that is happening it is understandable.

Appalling customer service! Order taken on 3rd June, no update or any idea when to expect delivery despite lots of emails being sent. Phone lines are disabled so no other way of contacting. Had a reply on a couple of occasions stating a courier was going to contact me in days to arrange delivery, still waiting! Decided enough was enough and raised a PayPal dispute and escalated the case to get my money back. Will never buy from this company again. I appreciate COVID has impacted on delivery times but don’t take money of customers if you don’t have the stock to sell.

Disappointed by the lack of knowledge by staff in relation to garden products. Looked online before visiting showroom to get some ideas. Clear sales opportunity to promote current stock but due to lack of interest and no sales ability the opportunity was lost. Male assistant was rude and cheeky. Overall complete lack of customer attention. Needless to say no purchase made and would never go back.
