Installation of insulation was fine, however the boiler has been an absolute disaster. Leaky and worrying from the get-go. Now the thermostat has packed up and they ignore any contact. Like many others I've been fobbed off with "I don't work for them any more." excuses on the odd occasion anyone answers any of the numbers we have. They've left two 80 year-old with Alzheimer's with a non-functioning system in mid-winter. Shockingly bad customer service.

Had a brand new oil boiler installed free of charge due to my pension credit, very happy with the guys who fitted it quick, friendly and tidy. Also waited a little bit of time to leave the review (boiler was installed in Jan 2018) far warmer, less of an eye sore and cheaper, thanks David.
Rubbish don't deal with them
I got a boiler fitted from them and when you call them its I don't work there anymore or I got sacked or I will Phone you back and it never happens there isn't even a direct office number for them that works
My mum got a boiler fitted and it's been nothing but trouble thermostat constantly breaking and she is left without heating a lot of the time she is s pensioner they will not answer their phone absolutely a cowboy company everyone stay clear of them
