I was looking for some medals for an event very last minute. Mrtrophy went above and beyond to find me medals that were suitable and it was super quick and easy to pick them up and they were even waiting for me when I got to the shop! I had mentioned the ribbon I had might not fit so this had also been adapted for my arrival which I was especially grateful for but had not asked. Top class service! Would highly recommend️

Outstanding all round .... needed a trophy engraved and priced timpsons and other trophy shops and they were THREE times more expensive than here .... job done in 20 minutes... v happy. Then picking up I witnesses great customer service with the lady in front of me where nothing was a problem and not all about making a sale just genuinely wanting to help here.... I noticed they did hardware and fence stain (I had been trying to get a colour for months but b&q etc all sold out and didn’t know when coming in ..) he had my colour and gave me a discount .. slightly out of my way but will definitely be back to support him and his business going forward ... We needs local stores like this .. Gerry Gavan
