Their clothes are nice - when you actually receive your order. Occasionally, they'll cancel your order out of the blue. Occasionally, you'll order a skirt to get a dress (in the wrong size, might I add). Occasionally, clothes are badly sewn or have defects, and when you ask for a replacement they're all out of it in your size. Occasionally however, they run smoothly. Orders come on time. Items are flawless. Customer service is great. It's a pity that there are these inconsistencies that don't allow me to give it a higher rating. Shame, really.
