The salesman who dealt with us (Frank) couldn't be any more helpful, was very friendly and chatty; he didn't go through the usual sales script that you normally get with dealerships and was extremely honest and upfront about the vehicle we went to view. Would definitely recommend a visit before you try anywhere else.

All went well when we went to pick our new mobility kia niro picked car ordered great bit of a wait but fine with it .as the delivery date got closer sold our own car I was on al so didn't really need a car thinking its only a couple of days phoned kia parks to check was told new cars in transit great phoned again couple of days before delivery cars in transit phoned a few times after nothing no one available will call you back guess what no call back after a few no call backs eventually get someone cars not in transit its in shipping so closer to Korea than Portsmouth will maybe be here for 20 Jan low and behold it came early wife went to pick it up click and collect no choice couldn't wait till weekend as we've had to hire a car for me to get to work brings it straight home gets out big scratch on body work so update cars going in on Monday to have scratch seen to hopefully it will polish out never know might get a set of mats out them for our inconvenience

Was charged over 250 for a diagnostic review due to traction control and ABS lights flagging on dash. Where I understand there is a cost associated for time however the issue was not correctly identified or resolved. I had to take my vehicle elsewhere to be correctly diagnosed and correct solution put in place. The garage i had taken my vehicle to for a 2nd opinion identified the issue quickly and replaced the \correct\ part while also correcting wrongly seated cables. The service managers attitude was extremely unprofessional and arrogant and did not wish to discuss the situation in more depth which is why I have taken the time to write this review. Having been a customer of this branch for many years its extremely disappointing and as for the service managers attitude I will no longer look to pursue any further purchases.

Our Kia is 2 years old and we put it in here for some warranty work needing done (linkage in gears and front sensor fault). When it was finished they sent a video explaining and showing what was wrong and what needed done. They pointed out that we were missing a bulb at the back at bumper that is the reverse light which we were not aware of, when it went back in for the original fault to be fixed (gear linkage part ordered in) we questioned how this could be missing as there was no damage to the light on the outside. They then told us this bulb was not needed over the phone so when we picked it up we realised it is the only reverse light and is definitely needed, we then spoke to manager who apologised and arranged for it to go in 2 days later. It has now been in and now they claim there is a small mark near the bumper so this is our fault and we need to pay for it to be replaced. Definitely do not trust this place at all!!
