Paul is brilliant. He is very knowledgeable and professional but also able to offer great banter. My sessions with him (many 1 hour PT sessions) have always been enjoyable despite my relationship with exercise not being so great prior. He is dedicated and will make sure you’re doing the right exercises for your goals. Highly, highly recommend.

I’ve been working with Paul now about 6,7 months now and the difference has to be seen to be believed. I walked through his door for the first time at 100.7kg and 4 months later I was down to a realistic, maintainable 87kg. Losing almost 14kg was fantastic! Paul works very closely with his clients and helps you towards your goals. He also takes the time to help with a diet plan to ensure the exercise is getting as much help form the food you eat as possible. I’ve had a few trainers in the last but none that are easy easy to get with while pushing you to your limits.

I’ve worked with personal trainers in the past and Paul is by far the best. With him I’ve achieved excellent results and I’d put this down to his tough, but achievable, exercises and the attention paid to diet too. I’ve enjoyed all of my PT sessions and his group classes are brilliant fun too.

Paul runs a excellent outdoor bootcamp for all abilities of fitness. Even my wife who is not fitness orientated enjoys it. It can be hard as you want to make but Paul makes it very enjoyable and joins in with the banter - sometimes at his own expense. Give it a try, you may find you will enjoy it!!!!
