A five-star rating just doesn’t seem like enough stars for this company. I was facing moving from Glasgow to Seattle in the middle of the pandemic and the only airline that could fly my dogs out of the UK had just stopped carrying pets out of the UK. One of my dogs is a 14 year old pug, so flying him is complicated under normal circumstances due to breed restrictions. Before I discovered this company I had contacted at least ten other companies with no luck. Our vet mentioned Pets on the Move and I was shocked when I emailed them and they actually responded saying they could help us. They exemplify outstanding customer service. I never felt the need to check in with them because Jessica and Karen were so on top of giving me any updates, even letting me know if there weren’t updates that day. They truly made the impossible possible and didn’t stop until they found a way to get my dogs back to Seattle. My dogs arrived in Seattle safely and are both happy and healthy. I’m so grateful for this company and will never forget how helpful and kind they were to me during one of the most difficult times in my life.

Kelly was brilliant, called when my cat was ready to pick up, letting me know how she is, and cleaned her up. They prompted me at appropriate times when and which documents were required and if there were any issues with the documents I was given by my vet.

After spending around 3000 on getting our dog home from australia they had the gall to ask for a further 25 for them to discard a crate the dog came in, this sum was pencilled in to a printed receipt. This was paid (under duress i feel)as we would not get the dog unless we either paid the 25 or took the crate with us (which was far too large to fit in the car) We were very disappointed in this place as we had no trouble at all coming from Adelaide to Glasgow and then get this.I know it doesn’t sound much but it was something that we seem was added just to line somebodies pocket. Very disappointed Ayr
