Used their online website to get a value for my current car to ascertain what I would get for trade in against a new Discovery Sport!! A result of the figure supplied I made an enquiry regarding purchasing a new car. I specifically asked would I get the stated price for my trade in car. I had to wait two days to be informed that the price offered would be 2500.00 less. I declined this offer. No reason given for the discrepancy between the two valuations. So beware if using the valuation tool on their site.

Perfect service from start to finish. Andy Johnston and Jak Reid special thanks! I was referred to Andy and his team by a friend who has purchased several Range Rover Sports over the years from them. When I said I was looking for a Range Rover Sport SVR my friend said look no further than Andy he will look after you, his words couldn't have been truer. I went to Andy with quite a specific list of requirements, I wasn't in a rush, so I was happy to wait for the perfect fit. Andy kept in touch with updates on the progress and within 2 months had found the vehicle which ticked all the boxes. With Covid travel restriction I did not want to attend the show room however Jak was fantastic she sent a number of videos to me of the car getting prepped for delivery and a walk through guide on how to use/ setup each of the features within the car, while kindly setting up some of the features she knew would be useful. Jak worked with the finance broker to ensure everything went through smoothly, all documentation signed online, the InControl app was all configured ahead of the car being sent to me. Everything was taken care of. The turnaround time from the funds clearing to the car arriving via transporter, on my doorstep 150 miles away was less than 24 hours. The young chap, who I didn't get his name, that delivered the car was also brilliant, very polite, very informative and genuinely finished off what was a seamless service. I've taken the car for a test run and couldn't be happier. Thanks again to the Taggarts team, Andy and Jak were first class.

From start to finish, my experience of buying my new Range Rover at Taggarts Glasgow North was exceptional. The attention to detail in terms of the exact car I wanted and in particular the specification was second to none. I was looked after by Ian MacCalman who went above and beyond in terms of the quality of service, time spent helping me to choose what extra features I wanted and in general a courteous and efficient service. All my calls and emails were replied to promptly and I received my new car on the date promised. Overall it was a five star experience, highly professional but enjoyable too. I will definitely shop with Taggarts in the future and will not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Shambolic service from start to finish. My RRS was recovered here by the AA after developing a fault. Daniel, (one of the service staff) was rude and non communicative. The service manager, Brian, then stepped in to try to improve the service which happened for a brief time. I had to email repeatedly to ask for updates on the repairs. Long story short, the car has been returned to me with half the heated windscreen broken and filthy headlining. I will have the car repaired properly and send them the bill. I will update this review

Was told it was a wind noise which it clearly isn’t. Because another Dealer had carried out a previous repair not interested in trying to resolve. Understand it wasn’t this company that carried out previous repair but it’s a year old Discovery Sport with a very obvious noise and if an experts opinion is it’s wind noise that is very concerning when of wind it would be there all the time not just when you stop accelerating. Can’t see why couldn’t be investigated further and if it was a faulty repair then surly the manufacturer would have reimbursed Taggart's to put right
