The place is absolutely horrible to get in touch with. On a regular basis you call 30-50 times and sometimes you still can't get them to answer you. Receptionists are cheeky on phone and in person. You don't have a set doc and theres a few of them so you explain something to one doc, then when you go back, explain it all again and then you can explain all another 2 times. Don't let this be your docs. Good thing you don't go to a docs when there's an issue........

Absolutely horrendous. Have to call over 50 times to try get in touch and even then you probably still won't get an answer. Been several times where I've spent days phoning trying to get an answer only to be greeted by extremely rude receptionist. Wouldn't say the place is too busy but rather that no one bothers to answer a phone. If you rely on daily medication do not go here, you'll never get it on time, if even at all.

I went to get my Flu jab on Saturday morning expecting chaos and queues with so many people getting the jab at the same time. What a pleasant experience, all staff were on the ball it was a swift and hassle free exercise. Well done to everyone involved in the organisation and administering of the jab.
