Finding myself agreeing with the less than flattering reviews. Pre-covid experiences were not especially pleasant, a dreadful place to deal with, rudeness & vile aggressive behaviour of staff beyond embarrassing. Glaswegian aggression is one thing but the seemingly disturbed male telephonists (Jim & James) take it to a whole new level. Jim’s sarcasm & aggression perhaps disguising the insecurity of answering a phone for 20 years & having no inkling of the real world & standards of decent behaviour & the other long term telephone clerk, James a, disturbed volatile narcissist & abuser of women; the absolute lack of respect, shouting & mentally disturbed behaviour towards to the largely female callers of the telephone psychic service really needs to be reported to trading standards & other regulatory organisations. Inferior, bitter unhappy little men venting their failings in the work place. Same applies to the vicious part time weekend psychopath by the name of Charles. As for management, the office ‘manager’ appears to be unable to manage a thought let alone customer expectations & blames customers for issues rather than the assortment of loons & nutters that are on the payroll. The shockingly poor quality of readers is another matter. I worked here for a while & know what goes on. Difficult times for many, but perhaps our almost year long Scottish lockdown may have given the (weak) company owner the opportunity to reflect on staff conduct & question the type of company she is running, if indeed it reopens. No bad thing perhaps.

The old lady who took my money should be charged with fraud. She got NOT ONE thing correct. The woman receptionist was unpleasant, cold, took pleasure in belittling me and needs booted out before she drives clients out. This was a waste of my hard-earned money and very precious off duty time. I think I'll take these pig ignorant fraudsters to court.
