Honestly, this is probably the worst health center I've been to. I know that in general the NHS service is poor, but this is unbelievably bad. I saw a doctor there and he basically blew me off and didn't address any of my concerns. Also, there was a long queue at the receptionist desk the day I went, and I kid you not when I say that the receptionist was doing her nails and completely ignoring the lady at the front of the queue while the other receptionists at the back of the section also just ignored the situation. honestly, the whole practice should be sacked in my opinion. completely disgraceful and horrid. unless you don't have a choice, I strongly advise you go elsewhere

The reception staff here are extremely rude, it's impossible to get through on the phone and they would only give me a 1 day sick line for a contagious virus. Also waited 30mins past my appointment time to get seen and everyone ignores the no smoking signs outside, which I had to stand at waiting for a taxi. Horrible experience overall, wish I could give 0 stars.

They do not answer their phones. I nhave just spent 40mins. repeated trying to get someone to answer but phone just keeps ringing out.
