If I could give no stars I would, they have lost a trophy that my mum had bought for my dads memorial at the bowling club! So upset! I read other reviews too late to avoid going to the Trophy Centre but saw one about Claymore Engraving in East Kilbride, they were great, supplied and engraved a new trophy cannot recommend them highly enough

I've used the Trophy Centre for over 10 years, every year, for my club and have never had a problem. I left my trophies in October 2019 for engraving as usual when I noticed there were new people running the shop and only just received the last one in February 2020 following a serious of spelling mistakes, damage and inconvenience travelling back and forth at least a dozen times!. One of my trophies is still significantly damaged but I don't want to take it back because they might completely destroy it. They gave me a discount as I complained which is good but I will never use them again because of the damage and inconvenience. Take your trophies there for engraving at your own peril and don't say I didn't warn you!
Horrendous service from Trophy Centre. Arranged pick up and I show up to find they’ve closed early with no warning given to me. Phone numbers all ringing out, I left numerous voicemails, but no contact from them for almost a week. When I finally managed to pick up my trophies, they were full of poor excuses and wouldn’t accept responsibility for their terrible service. Have also heard that they outsource their engraving to Art of Engraving in Battlefield, so I’ll be heading there next time instead. Don’t waste your time with these charlatans.
Well where do I start firstly top notch service from all the staff. Who listen closely to your orders and get it done in less than 24hours would definitely recommend to everyone to come down and check out this amazing place .
Very much a disappointment. I asked countless times via email for quote on glass items. I need 20 at the time for baking competitors. All i got from the first email was angry abrupt responses with no question about order..only wanted to know how i pay. Unprofessional. My advice. Do not pay up front or even deposit !!! Only pay for your goods when see them and fully check. I hear it used to be great place... not anymore sadly
