GUU Kitchen, I love your budget friendly quality food. But you need to step up your customer service game DOWNSTAIRS even when you are busy with fancy dinners upstairs! Waited 30mins for a wrap and staff was clearly stretched thin to remember my order, having repetitively asked me what I ordered and then repetitively forgot. People that came after me got their food before me. I had to remind staff to get my food, which was handed over to me 2mins after my reminder!! All the wait was for nothing, and you shouldn’t need your customers to remind you to serve them their order! I know that you are capable of offering professional service, I have been a huge fan. But please don’t neglect your student customers downstairs even when you have bigger events to prioritize!
