Amazing studio!!!! I was gifted a day class for a Christmas present and loved every minute of it. Having been a fan of the two owners and their amazing products for several years, but to go an learn different techniques and about the different types of glass, I was able to make several different pieces. It was an amazing experience which I fully intend to repeat very soon. I am a complete novice with anything artsy let alone Glass but was given plenty of guidance and coaching. Would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in doing something new. Equally the studio shop is full of amazing pieces you can buy for yourself or for a gift. A truly wonderful place to visit/experience.

Met the guys from Glassmonkey Studio at the Barnes Fair yesterday. Beautiful hand made glass art and jewellery - each piece is individually hand made! I bought several gogeous pieces: a beautiful necklace with a shimmering dichroic glass pendant that subtly changes colours as it moves! A lovely piece of glass art that hangs on the wall (or window... hmmm) catching the sunshine and brightening the room; and a beautiful glass bowl that is too fab to put anything in (so is currently on display on my sideboard!). They spent time with me to explain how it was all done, so am now considering a trip up to see them and do one of their courses! Highly recommended.

NOT HAPPY AT ALL. COMMISSIONED A PIECE OF GLASS WITH CLOCK AND COMPANY LOGO. WAITED OVER 6 WEEKS. WHEN I FINALLY HAD IT COLLECTED I COULD HAVE THROWN IT IN THE BIN. THE LOGO LETTERING WAS UNEVEN AND BOTCHED. THE COMPANY NAME WASNT EVEN STRAIGHT. CLOCK MUST HAVE COST ABOUT 10p IT'S THAT CHEAP. SADLY I WON'T BE GOING BACK THERE AGAIN.
