Very very helpful staff. Following government guidelines for Covid and taking temperature prior to entry. Very very clean store and staff cleaning equipment which had been handled by customers.

First of all I like to apologise to Airsoft World I had an issue with wrong item but over a phone calls I got the correct item. Sent back to with some extras inc patch and playing cards I'm really impressed how these guys sorted it and wish them a good Christmas

Very good covid measures in place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only thing is that the heating needs to be put on! It was cold in the shop.
