I wouldnt give this shyster any stars. He came to fit a TV to the wall yesterday and provide a new AVR. He opened the box of the Yamaha AVR and said \this has been opened and Ill go to my store and get a new one\. I should have known he wasnt coming back when he took all his things with him. Never even had the decency to call me say he bottled out of the job and wasnt capable. I certainly wouldnt recommend him.
