Only gave one star because there is not an option For zero stars. We adopted a rescue dog from Romania approximately a month ago who arrived with a wound on his leg. We took him to kingdom vets and were prescribed antibiotics. At the point when we were leaving we asked if we needed to book in another appointment of if we would need a repeat prescription which the vet told us “it should be fine, if the wound gets worse email us”. After 7 days of antibiotics the wound did initially get better but then started to get worse after a couple of weeks which we took the vets advise and emailed them with photographs. We left this a couple of days to give them time to respond but no reply so we called to make another appointment. During the appointment we were rudely advised that we should have made an appointment one week after being prescribed the antibiotics And our dogs wound may have not got infected again. We weren’t informed this which we told them and basically got told I was lying because they had a note on their system advising this. I pointed out that this is not proof that we were told this and that if this was the case why did they not schedule another appointment in a weeks time on the initial visit which they ignored my question. As this was a pre existing condition the rescue had agreed to cover the cost for treatment which they then declined as soon as the vet told them we failed to make another appointment. The vet even told us that if we weren’t willing to pay for the dogs treatment then he should be rehomed. They could not understand the mistake they made and that we only did not want to pay them as they misinformed us and as a result our dogs condition has gotten worse due to their incompetence. I wouldn’t trust this vet as they blatantly lied to us and if you do decide to use this vet get everything in writing because they love changing their story to suit them.

Recently moved elsewhere from Kingdom Veterinary Clinic due to poor service. Provided feedback of poor service to management only to receive a further arrogant and argumentative call back from the owner to question why I had left and dispute the poor treatment I reported.. This business and the owner simply do not understand how to provide an acceptable level of customer service. Will not be back.

I had to take my cat missy for the last time to see them. The staff were supportive and even through covid they were very supportive and I knew she was in good hands unfortunately my Missy was very old and her organs were failing so with their help she crossed over the rainbow bridge. I got a lovely card with a hand written message thank you.

Kingdom Veterinary Clinic are first class, exceptional. The staff are very polite and helpful. Only last week my 8 month old puppy was in a bad way, not eating or drinking, passing and coughing up blood, it was terrible, the puppy was so distraught as were myself and my husband. Mr Wooton and his team took her on, she stayed with them for a whole day and the puppy I got back was amazing. The puppy has gone on to make a full recovery . This practice has always been the one and only for me. They saved my Shetland Collie who had poisoning of the womb. She was operated on right after diagnosis, lived for years after and passed over the rainbow bridge of old age eventually. Very late one evening my granddaughter's collie was at deaths door, hardly even breathing. After speaking to Mr Wooton, he very kindly agreed to open the surgery. The collie was taken along, given a raft of treatments, kept overnight and was checked on. Mr Wooton phoned the next morning with the most wonderful news that the dog had been outside on the lead and on the way to recovery. The dog indeed did make a full recovery. So if anyone is looking for a first class service and the best care for their sick animal, this is the place to go.

I would highly recommend this vet to any other reptile keeper, I've taken 2 reticulated pythons here so far and both have had great outcomes.
