Globetrot Consultancy Services Limited helped us make a short visit visa application for our parents to visit us in the U.K. When we approached them, our parents had already been refused. Gina at Globetrot was so comforting and understanding of the whole situation that after our first phone call, for the first time we felt at ease. Through out the process of the application, we felt that Gina was on our side, giving us her full support and advise when we needed it. Our application was successful and a great weight was lifted off our shoulder. This summer our parents will spend some quality time with their children and grand children and we have Gina to thank for. A very professional and helpful service was provided to us.
