Great MoT service provided Mitsubishi Cheltenham & Gloucester. I received an email and a text to inform me that the MoT had been completed, which contained information on what had failed, maintenance recommendations etc. Included in the email/text was a link to a website which allowed you to choose what work you wanted to be carried out and give the go ahead. Very professional, great communication and excellent customer service.

Good with warranty issues, and can't fault service staff, just need to work on customer service. Booked to have battery checked and light changed, only to find battery was okay and they hadn't reserved the light. Even though I mentioned it three times as part of my call. Will go back for the light but regardless did waste my time and not acknowledge it.

Very friendly service, very helpful. Bought a 2 year old eclipse cross, car was clean and presented nicely when I came to pick it up. Everything was sorted out quickly and was a breeze, would highly recommend to family and friends.
