I took my motorcycle MOD 1 here. Good modern facility with reasonably human examiners. Passed on second attempt.

Took a mod 1 a while back and the instructor was incredibly rude and stuck up - would not recommend

First time pass today at this centre. The test was not half as bad as I thought it was going to be but test day nerves sure affected my driving. I’ve heard horror stories of examiners being overly critical and that they put people off, however, Jerome (sorry if spelling is wrong) was funny, polite and professional and gave very fair feedback which I will take on board in future driving! You can’t choose the examiner of course or the conditions, but I’m confident that as long as you practice exactly as your instructor teaches, focus on safe driving, and do your best to keep the nerves at bay, you will be fine! They know it won’t be perfect. He put me at ease despite my very obvious nerves! Thank you!

If a private business ran the way this cowboys do they would go bust. They changed my mod 1 bike test day without notice. Knocked on the door and my instructor spoke with the staff member who told him the head office had called and left a message AFTER I WAS DUE TO START MY TEST!!!!

Disgusted. When I had my bike test rescheduled by them they failed to contact the school I had booked the tests with. I took time off work for the training days and met my instructor early on the day of the test for more practice. It was freezing and wet. When we got to the test centre a lady called Anita told me, the other learner and our instructor that the tests were not going ahead, she could not have been any less sympathetic or any more rude. The out of pocket expenses system is long winded and heavily biased in DVSA favour. Don't expect to get back what you lost if this happens to you.
